Make The Right Decisions, With Insights From Our UX Lab

Our UX Lab services help improve and develop your design, whether a product or service, with our wide range of usability tests.

We are a team of professionals with a solid background in psychology and human behaviour. We support all parts of user-centred design, from user insights research to user testing.

In all our projects, we are 100% dedicated to discovering what users see, think, and do - and bringing actionable insights to our clients.

Why User Testing Is Crucial

Observing and interviewing users interacting with a design help us understand their needs and discover usability problems.

Our well-equipped UX lab offers both on-site and remote usability testing allowing you to test with "real" users. We also use eye-tracking technology for usability testing on different devices.

Our UX lab team also travels to destinations to perform usability tests in your local context. In those cases, we might assist our clients with recruitment or arranging facilities at the destination.

Our UX Lab Tests

Our UX Lab team offers several types of user tests to match your project needs.

How We Recruit For Your Study

We Make Participant Recruitment Easy and Comfortable

As our client, you decide who your target users are, and we take care of the rest. We have local and international partners to assist us in finding participants for a wide range of user research studies and user tests. On average, our recruitment process takes around three weeks.

We know how to create an open and friendly environment for people to share their thoughts and have fun testing new products and services. Depending on the type of test and location, we offer different options for you to observe the sessions, for example, via live-streaming or from a seat in our UX Lab observer room.

From recruitment to saying goodbye, we ensure that all participants are treated with equity and that our clients get the insights to help them design stellar products and experiences.
